1. Delivery is by royal mail 2nd class or courier.
2. See postage & delivery for up-to date postage charges.
3. If you wish to order from outside europe please contact us to discuss delivery costs before you order.
4. If an order has to be sent in 2 parts there will be a note on your invoice.

We are NOT allowed to take orders for Bumgenius or Tots Bots products from outside
the UK if you have a local supplier in your country. Email us for this
info if you’re not sure...

We will always obtain both a proof of posting certificate on all orders we post with royal mail, and a signature is required for the courier service on delivery.

Odd times some packages may be delayed or lost completely in the post.
In these circumstances Royal Mail does not officially recognise items
as lost until 15 days after posting. If your package does not arrive
please let us know and we will help you to try to trace it.

RETURNS..
When returning items to us we ask you to obtain a 'certificate of
posting' (free of charge) from your post office so that you can claim
compensation from royal mail should the parcel NOT reach us. We cannot be held
responsible for any items lost in the post. If you receive an item that you
want to return for either an exchange or refund you must do this in an unused unwashed
condition so that we can re sell the product, also you must return them back
within 7 days, if you choose to return an item for an exchange as you have
changed your mind you will need to include the payment for the 2nd lot of
postage for your replacement as we only offer free postage on the first item
being sent out.

We will dispatch most items within 3 working days of receipt of
payment. If items are out of stock we will order them immediately and dispatch as soon as we receive them. However, we suggest that you allow
up to 28 days for receipt of your goods. You will be kept fully
informed of the status of their order should it take longer than 3
working days to be dispatched. If you are not happy with a delay we
will be happy to offer you a full refund.

If you are paying by cheque you will need to allow time for the cheque
to get to us and a further 5 working days for it to clear, as we will
not normally dispatch goods until we have received the funds.

All products and services are subject to availability and may be
withdrawn at any time. If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be
offered a choice of an alternative or given a full refund.
12.
Payment may be by secure credit and debit card (Visa, MasterCard and
Switch) transaction through PayPal, by cheque, by debit or credit card
over the phone or bank transfer (Bacs).
13. Your details will be stored on a computer according to the terms of the Data Protection Act 1998.

We request your name, address and email (optional) to enable us to
provide you with an efficient after-sales service but we WILL NOT pass
your details to ANY third parties.
15.
We do NOT store credit card details anywhere in our system, once your
transaction has gone ahead there is no record of your card details.
16. All goods remain the property of this company until payment is made in full.
17. We reserve the right to refuse to supply goods.

In the occasional event of a product being faulty or damaged when you
receive it you can return it to us for a full refund or a replacement
item and we will refund your return postage costs. ( send them back by
2nd class )
If a product becomes faulty after use and it has been
cared for as instructed on the care label we will exchange it for you.
The faulty item will always be Quality Controlled before a decision is
made.
19. We wish to inform
you that, in accordance with the consumer protection (distance selling)
Regulations 2000, you have a 'cooling off period' of seven days,
starting from when you receive your goods. You may return goods during
this period in unused saleable condition for any reason whatsoever for
a full refund of their value. We require that you pay return postage to
us and we will not refund the initial P&P costs to you (even if no
charge was made initially due to the value of your order- in this case
you will have to pay £3 postage).
20. We reserve the right to change any advertised price before you place an order.
21.
We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is within our power
to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in
the absence of negligence on our part, we cannot be held liable for any
loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to
any data you provide when accessing or ordering from our site.
22. These Terms and Conditions do not affect consumer statutory rights.
23. We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
