Guarantee & returns policy

We will make every effort to ensure that your order will reach you in perfect condition. However we guarantee all our products against defects in materials and workmanship for a month from receipt of the item. Please read the details below for further information about returns of faulty items and non-faulty items.

Faulty items
If you find that a producthas a fault please return the item to us, along with a description of the problem, your contact details and your receipt or order number. and the date of purchase. We will offer you a refund or exchange, including refunding costs for 2nd class returned postage costs, or a replacement if required.

Packaging returns
Please note that we will not refund unreasonable postage costs. PLease package the item in appropriate packaging. Not over packed or in heavy boxes, Nappies and other cloth items do not need to be sent in thick protective mail bags. We are not able to pay for insurance of the item. We will also not refund for recorded or special postage costs.

Returns, refunds and exchanges of non-faulty items
We have a 'no quibble' returns policy. If you change your mind about an item, you may return it unopened, unused, unwashed and in resaleable condition within 7 days for a refund of the cost of the item or for exchange. We cannot refund the postage costs in these circumstances and we will also deduct outgoing postage at cost from your refund.

Guarantees on specific items
Some items carry a manufacturer's waranty. PLease email us first if you have a faulty item as it may have to be sent directly back to the manufacturer for QC.
