Competition Rules, Terms and Conditions 



What is the Treasure Hunt about?

We have put together a treasure hunt to give you a more exciting and fun way to enter a competition! Through a series of clues on our website you will need to collect all the letters and unscramble the word to make you eligble to enter.

The grand prize will go to the first entry drawn from all the entries, as well as a spot prize for the 1st person to submit all the answers correctly!

The grand prize contains a specially put together 'try them all kit' which contains; a pocket nappy, a two part nappy and outer wrap, an all in one nappy, an aden + anais muslin swaddle, washable wipes, lavender oil, flushable liners and a wet bag.

The spot prize for the 1st entrant will be a Wonderoos V2 minky nappy kindly provided by Baby Kind the makers of Wonderoos.

How to enter the competition:

1. There are a number of clues hidden on our website. Each clue must be solved in order to reveal a letter and allow you to move onto the next one.
   
2. Each official treasure hunt letter will look like this (except they will have a letter inside):
   
   
   
3. Once all the letters are collected, they must be put together and unscrambled to give you a word (or two!)
   
4. The unscramble word along with the webpage link to every clue including the final page which contains the unscrambles word must then be submitted via email to: treasurehunt@softbots.co.uk.
   
   
5. When you are ready, you will find the 1st clue at the bottom of this page!
   

Rules:

1. Only one entry per person
   
   
2. To be eligible for prizes you must submit your entry by no later than midnight Sunday 22nd May 2011.
   
   
3. In order to participate in the Treasure Hunt you must be 18 years or older. Employees of Softbots and their households and immediate families are ineligible.
   
   
4. Softbots reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be interfering with the integrity or fairness of the Treasure Hunt; or tampering with the entry process or the operation of the site; to be acting in violation of the Official Rules; or to be acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person.
   
   
5. Softbots is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line-systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of email on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet that may result in the delay of an entry not arriving before the allocated closing time of the competition.
   
   
6. The rules are subject to change without notice.

Terms and Conditions:

1. The competition winners will be decided by the Softbots and the decision is final.
   
   
2. All entries to the competition must be submitted via email to: treasurehunt@softbots.co.uk.
   
   
3. Each entry must contain the following:
   
   
   • Entrant Name
   • Contact Phone Number
   • Webpage link to each of the clues and the final webpage containing the unscambled word
     
   • Unscrambled word
     
     
4. A minimum of 10 entries must be received for the competition to proceed. If by closing, this minimum has not been met, the competition will be withdrawn.
   
    
5. The prize must be taken as stated and cannot be deferred. There will be no cash alternative.
    
6. By entering the competition you are agreeing to Softbots having access to your contact details and also to receiving the Softbots e-newsletter.  Your contact details will not be disclosed to any additional organisations or bodies unless required to do so by law. Your information will not be sold, rented or leased without your prior written consent.
