“We are a registered supplier for the Real Nappies for London incentive scheme and accept vouchers from the participating London boroughs.

How to redeem your voucher
Send your voucher in to softbots along with ID for verification before we can send your order to you. Please follow the steps below in order to redeem your voucher:

1 Choose what you want to order from our website in the normal way and add it too the shopping cart.

2. When you proceed to checkout choose the method of payment " send payment by post " and in the comments box please put “Nappies for London” your voucher number / the name of the issuing borough and the voucher amount... then submit your order...

3. If your order total comes to more than the voucher amount then the balance must be payed by chq. (made payable to softbots.) and post with your voucher / and ID.

4. Post your voucher , order number and a photocopy of appropriate ID to us at.....

The voucher must NOT be a photocopy but the ID can be photocopied.

5. We will contact you by email to say we have received your voucher and let you know when your order will be dispatched.

Terms of the Voucher...
* We cannot despatch your goods until we have received a) the voucher and b) proof of identity which can be a copy of a utility bill or driving licence. We will send your goods where possible on the day of arrival of your voucher and proof of identity. Please do not ask us to ship the goods before we have your voucher and proof of identity.
* We cannot despatch your goods to a different name or address other than that on the voucher.
* The voucher can only be redeemed for cloth nappies and reasonably associated sundries such as wraps, grippers, liners.
* As the voucher is intended for babies under 18 months, please note training pants fall outside of this scheme.
* Vouchers cannot be redeemed by customers retrospectively (ie after original purchase).
* No cash change can be given to the customer holding the voucher on exchange of the voucher.
* If you have ordered goods of a greater value than your voucher you may pay the difference by cheque (send with voucher).

This is a new London-wide scheme to provide parents with an opportunity to try real nappies.
