DELIVERY INFO
Our standard delivery if FREE this
is Royal Mail 2nd class for smaller orders and Parcel force for
larger more expensive orders.
We want you to receive your goods
as quickly as possible and in the same condition that they were dispatched. All
UK orders are delivered FREE.
We do our best to deliver the goods
to the correct address, however we can’t be held responsible for incomplete
or incorrect information supplied by the customer. If goods are delayed or
delivered to the wrong address due to this information being incorrect or
incomplete, we are unable to offer any refund. Always ensure you supply us
with a correct, complete delivery address including postcode, contact number
and contact Email address.
Once dispatched from Softbots your parcel is in
the hands of either Royal Mail or Parcel force, and although goods are normally
delivered within 3-5 days we have to allow up-to 15 days with Royal Mail until
a parcel is classed as missing we can then report this on a P58 form.

Royal Mail delivers around 80
million items each day. Every letter and parcel is as important to them as
they know it is to you. Unfortunately, sometimes items can go off course, there
are some common reasons why your mail might be late or lost.
- Incorrectly
addressed mail
- If your mail is incorrectly or
incompletely addressed, this can cause delays
- Using
just part of, or a completely wrong postcode
- With a postcode, sorting and sending
your post can be a quicker and easier task. Make sure you include a
postcode.
- Redirected
mail
- Post that is redirected to your new
address requires our extra attention, which can delay its arrival.
- There
has been a public holiday
- Please be aware that Royal Mail does
not deliver on public holidays.
- Not collected when left a card.
- If you do not contact your sorting / post
office once carded it will be returned to sender.
- Your
postman can’t access the building
- Is there something stopping the
postman from reaching your letterbox? Even the smallest obstruction can
slow down deliveries.

1. When will my order be delivered?
Your order should arrive within 5 working days, but we have to allow up-to 15
days, however it is quite often much quicker than that and may even arrive
the following day, but please do not rely on this being the case. If you require
your order the sooner we recommend using the express delivery option.
2. How will my order arrive?
Royal Mail or Parcel force.
3. Will I need to be in to take delivery?
Most packages will NOT fit through a standard letter box so someone will need
to take delivery.
4. What if I'm not in to receive delivery?
You will be carded, If you are not in, your order will be returned to the
local delivery office or post office. You will be able to collect the item or
arrange for delivery another time. A card should be left stating that an
attempted delivery was made. If you have not received your order on the day
you expect it and no card is left, please contact us as soon as possible so
we can follow this up for you.
5. Does it cost more to send to N. Ireland,
Highlands etc?
