are thrown away every day in the UK.

Real nappies, the facts:
Gone
are the days of the old Terry squares needing skills in origami to fold to the
right size and the big old safety pins, although you can still choose this
option if you like, and you can buy all sorts of different colours too.
Today's
real nappies (waterproof pants, or wraps) are made from soft, breathable fabrics;
most are cotton, some organic. They come in different styles according to the
supplier and a variety of sizes. These real nappies are tailored to fit and are
easy to put on and are normally fastened with Velcro or poppers, rather like
disposables nappies.
Increased
support from local boroughs and councils also means some councils now provide financial
incentives for using real nappies.
The costs and the savings
The total
cost of using disposables would be between £700 – £1000 depending on what
brand you used.
The average cost of purchasing & home laundering reusable washable nappies
(including nappies & wraps) would be between £184- £350.
So the average saving would between £400-£800+ using real nappies and even more
if used for a 2nd or 3rd child.

In my own search of cloth nappies for my
first child, I found it a difficult and confusing topic, as there are so many
different types. I hope that through my own experience we can guide you as best
we can and find the right nappy for you and your baby.
Are aim is to reduce landfill and be kind to our baby's bottoms, also to save you money in this current climate... We love organic products as there so wonderfully soft and chemical free, perfect against baby's delicate little bottoms.
